DEF useage and fuel useage in new trucks

Will HHO injection affect the amount of DEF that my semi uses? If there is less carbon hitting the particulate filter it should use less? Or is that just a dream?

I have seen where older trucks have seen improvements of 20-50% how will HHO affect new trucks I have a 2016 Volvo with a D13 485hp engine and I am already seeing the past years fuel economy being 7.1mpg will there still be a noteworthy improvement with this addition?
