It is well known, that a 220V Electro-motor uses Electricity more efficient than a Motor, working with 110V.

How to supply 24V to your HHO System, having a 12V Vehicle ?

There are 12V DC to 24V DC Converters available.
This way you could supply 24V direct to your HHO-Cell.
Having a more efficient HHO Production at cooler temperature,
that might be worth the extra Cost.
Better Fuel Savings would return the money over a period of time.

It is more efficient to run a 24 volt system because you only need half of the amperage to create the same amount of HHO Gas. Your cell will run cooler and your electrical cables can be smaller than on a 12 volt system.

This does not mean you would want to convert a 12 volt system into a 24 volt system, too expensive.
