electronics for 13 to 15 liter diesel engines with hho

My name is Ken and I would like some electronics to help in my diesel truck engine to accept hho. My 2005 series 60 Detroit diesel truck is getting 3.5 liters of hho put in to the intake with no gains yet due to the electronics of the DDEC2 ecu and I need to address it with your help.
