HHO diesel semi

All newer diesels now have electronic fuel injectors. Do you know of any electronic mods to make the injectors run more lean other then setting the ECM to top RPM speeds per gear? Is there a mod for, maybe boosting voltage on the turbo pressure switch? My app has 5 volts as power feed.Do you reduce the voltage to the sense side?
