hho dry cell size

Good morning.
I am Canadian and at the present time, I reside in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
I have an idea to install a very small HHO dry cell on Motorbikes here in the UAE.
Can I get a small HHO cell that produces 0.5 LPM or less of an HHO gas and draws 5 to 8Amp?
Where can I purchase such small HHO dry cell?
