Hi, do I need to trick my 2002 100 series land cruiser ECU module to prevent the computer from interfering with the possible increase in efficiency from the increased air-fuel ratio

Yes, any fuel injected car engine will acquire enhancement. For your 2002 100 series Land Cruiser we can program the FS2 HHO Chip.
