Hi Kunal Johri,

The chemical:
The industry (as well as I) recommend either KOH (Potassium Hydroxide) or NaOH (Sodium Hydroxide… sometimes called caustic soda) added to distilled water only!

The power - AMPS:
Each generator has its own peculiarities and vehicle into which is placed a generator also has its own peculiarities. That said, my car–a 2002 VW Bora, with a 2-liter, 115 HP rated 4-cylinder, petrol engine–uses about 2-3 amps for remarkable performance increases! I am running about 50% fuel economy over VW ratings up to speeds of about 2,800 RPM (100kms/hr). When I increase speed in excess, I SHOULD increase the production slightly by adding more electrolyte catalyst (NaOH or KOH) to the fixed amount of water or in other words, increase the percentage solution by another 1-2AMP draw. It is the percentage solution that determines the power draw in amps.

We measure the 12.5-14v battery current draw in AMPS. Once you have determined approximately the concentration you need of chemical in the distilled water, you will do a trial-and-error check until you achieve the desire performance results, providing that you vehicle is properly tuned and serviced. If, of course, you have a vehicle with an OBDC II or OBDC III, you will need an E.F.I.E. and/or MAP/MAF device and a good recommendation is to use a PWM (Pulse Width Modulator), which further adds benefit to your engine's function and performance.

The Battery Life:
The amount of so-called "Battery Life" is irrelevant, as you have a good reserve built into any typically mass-produced vehicle.

I hope this helps your better understanding.
