Make sure it is Micropearls 99+%.

there is one other question I need to ask, where can I buy Sodium Hydroxide locally and how much does it cost and if I have to buy as a bulk order or not?

Yes, you can run out generator systems in - 55 below zero. They are efficient enough to do so.
We sell to a lot of hydrogen generators to Canadian truckers.
