HHO Problems

by Jim K

I built a small hho generator, it seems to be working. However; after a few minutes the bubbler stops bubbling and the generator seems to get vapor lock and then pulls in water from the bubbler. What is going on and how can I fix this. I made this unit as a demo and the demo is this upcoming Tuesday. Please help.

You don't state if this is our system.
However it may be your PWM if you have one?

Amps jump to 30.0 then drop to 0.3

The hho keeps blowing fuses.. The hho used to stay at 4-5 amps but for some reason it suddenly jumps past 30 and blows the fuse. I have a relay and everything is set for 30 amps. Any ideas?

It is not leaking. The amperage draw is constant and so I had no idea. Where exactly does the air draw "T" need to be placed?

Hello, Jim,

You need to put 2 check valves with a "T" between the HHO generator and the bubbler to allow the ambient air to be drawn into the system.
So HHO Gas can go out but not be sucked back in.

Little confused on why it stops bubbling? Is it drawing amps when it stops making bubbles? If you are drawing amps and it stops making bubbles, you have a leak somewhere.

If that is the case take a spray bottle with some soapy water to detect your leak.

Hope this helps
