How to increase HHO Gas production

Hello Sir,

I have purchased a HHO kit which contains 4 inch 13 plates dry cell with 4 neutral plates of 3 stacks, I'm providing near about 15amps to the cell, but still it is not even producing half liter per min HHO has,can you please suggest me how to increase the production, if we increase the amps then cell may gets heated,

USING 9 plate configuration and giving 12 volts but production 5mints/litre
INCREASE IN HHO PRODUCTION

If your cell is not producing sufficient amount of HHO then it is highly recommended that you flush/ precondition the cell by adding approx. 6 oz. of white vinegar to 1 qt. distilled water and run the cell for at least 20 min; then flush and start up with catalyst mix. By this exercise any carbon coating from the plate surface will be removed and the production of HHO will increase. Try it and let me know at yaserspcc@yahoo.com.

ADD CAUSTIC SODA IN YOUR WATER AND IT WILL HELP YOU TO INCREASE THE PRODUCTION OF HHO.
